Your satisfaction is my highest priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your hair, I encourage you to let me know during your appointment so I can make any adjustments right away.
If after a few days you feel something needs refining, please don’t hesitate to reach out within 15 days of your service. I will gladly invite you back to make any necessary adjustments at no additional charge.
Requests made beyond 15 days will be considered a new service and priced accordingly.

There are no fees for canceling or rescheduling your appointments.
To ensure each guest receives the highest level of service and an exceptional experience, I kindly ask for at least 48–72 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. A reminder will be sent three days prior to your scheduled service should any adjustments be needed.
While I understand that unexpected changes can arise, providing advance notice allows me the opportunity to accommodate other guests.
In the case of repeated short-notice cancellations or missed appointments without communication, a deposit may be required to secure future bookings.
